Toshiba’s single detachable PC is super-thin in tablet mode, measuring just 0.35 inches thick. With the included keyboard dock attached, the overall device measures 0.87 inches thick and weighs 3.33 pounds. It has a 13.3-inch screen with a 1,920 x 1,080 resolution and 10-point touch input.
With this model, the processor options aren’t quite so extensive, offering the Core i5-8350U or Core i7-8650U chip. Memory ships in 8GB and 16GB capacities, while storage relies on a SATA- or PCIe-based SSD with a capacity ranging from 128GB to 1TB.
The tablet portion provides two USB-C ports (5Gbps) and a 3.5mm audio combo jack. The keyboard dock expands that connectivity with two Thunderbolt 3 ports (40Gbps), two USB-A ports (5Gbps), HDMI and VGA output, and wired networking.
Other features thrown into the detachable mix include Wireless AC and Bluetooth 4.2 connectivity, a world-facing webcam, an IR camera for face recognition supported by Windows Hello, a fingerprint scanner, and a 36Wh battery promising up to 15 hours.
